Smishing Scam or Real?

I received a text from USPS saying a package could not be delivered due to an incomplete address. I just moved, so it might be the post office, but I’m unsure. The text says to respond with a ‘1’, then to click the link sent shortly after. It is a +44 area code

I would bet 100% it's a Phishing Scam. I get them all the time. Don't respond to it. NEVER respond to a text asking for personal details. The post office doesn't text you to update anything.
