I accidently deleted my Health Data and trying to restore my Iphone 12 pro max from a computer backup.
It says not enough space but I have 118Gigs of empty space on a 256gig Iphone 12. That seems like plenty of open space.
How much do I need to free up to restore it? Any suggestions on what to delete?
Yes it was and the backup was encrypted with a password so I hope its there.
I found that you have to have as much free space on your Iphone as the the size of the backup on your hard drive.
My backup was 130gigs so I deleted my music and now its restoring. Very WEIRD you need that much room. Its restoring now.

Is/was Health turned on in iPhone Settings, [your name], iCloud, (show all)
If so then any data sync'd to iCloud is not backed up and it will not be in that backup.
Just a correction. The Phone shows that 101 Gigs of 256 gigs is used. Seems like there is plenty of room.
