Unknown reproduction on my iPhone
does anyone know what's happening here? I'm clearly being hacked right? I just left my phone when in came back I saw this and it disappeared

It looks like there was some content playing from your Messages. The widget allows you to access audio controls and scrubbing on the Lock Screen. Here's a resource to help: Access features from the iPhone Lock Screen
If it's not going away for some reason you can try closing the Messages app and seeing if the issue persists: Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch
