iPhone Upgrade Program Help
Lets say I got the iPhone 15 and next year the 16 release can I just cancel the upgrade program and ship back the iPhone 15 or is there some type of fee if I don't stay with the program?

iPhone Update Program:
There is no annual update program for an iPhone. Support goes for 7 years, typically, and then updates are no longer provided for your device model. There is no shipping fee when sending it in. When trading the device, perform as instructed here, prior to doing so: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade In your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Of course, the payment method must be valid in your country, and must be from the country where the charge occurs.

Misread "update" for "upgrade". So, my reply would not apply.

I just want to know since I have Bank of America rewards that I could use for apple purchases
Whether your statement shows Capital One, Apple, or anything else has absolutely nothing to do with Bank of America rewards. Those rewards must be applied at the time the purchase is made. After that it’s too late.
Sorry I forgot its Citizen one but I just wanted to know what name will show on the Bank of America credit card statement if it'll show Apple - $54.08 or Citizen One - $54.08 because if it show Apple then I could redeem my points for the $300 Apple gift card and use that throughout the 12 months. But I assume it will not work if it show Citizen One - $54.08
Yes, that is correct.
You may redeem your rewards for future Apple purchases. If it’s Apple charging you as they would for a subscription then the redeemed points may be used. But the organization that actually charges you will be the one that extended the credit to you.
Can you use a Bank of America credit card to pay the $39.50 each month which will be $474 for 12 months?
On the credit card statement will it say Apple - $39.50 or will it say Citizens One $39.50
The statement should show the name of the agency financing your transaction. This is the agency to whom you owe money.
So it show capital one or Apple thats my question
I just want to know since I have Bank of America rewards that I could use for apple purchases
