I’m trying to factory reset my 2016 MacBook Pro, but cannot figure it out

It was a district device for our school district but is no longer one. I can’t get anything to load no matter what internet I’m connected to. I was hoping to factory reset and just set it up as a new device.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.6
