Wrong URI and webpage saved for a web site saved to keychain.

After setting up an account at a web site for a government organization the information for the entity in the keychain is wrong. It did correctly save the account and password.

The division is known as NMERB. The login page is saved as nm.gov but it should be www.erb.nm.gov. When I search in passwords with nmerb or verb the new entry was not directly found.

The password info for the "Website" was saved as memberportal.erb.nm.gov but that is wrong because there are additional terms after that. It should also be www.erb.nm.gov and then one more click to get to the correct page or it should have saved the actual complete login page.

I am not able to make changes to those incorrect data items.

Is manual creation of a correct information page the only way to fix this?
