Hi I changed my screen time password but i forgot it and can’t change it. But when i go to the forgot password button. there is no button. please please help me i need to fix this

ive tried watching tons of videos to help me and guide me in the right direction but nothing has been a help. I can’t change my screen time password due to the forgot password button not being there. I’ve tried guessing but im at 7 missed attempts and have to now wait 15 minutes. I’m getting very stressed out and im about to lose it. I have an Iphone XR with all the updates. I just really need to be able to change the screen time password.
