MacBook Pro fast charging 96W or 67W?

Good morning,

I'm new to apple, I bought my first macbook pro m2 14 inch recently, with the 96W fast charging adapter, I wanted to ask if always using fast charging after time can damage the battery. Do you recommend that I also buy a 67W power supply and use fast charging only if necessary?

Thanks anyone who can help me

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.3

I would not buy an additional charger no.

There is no harm.

The rule of thumb—if you are near the mains leave it plugged in, if you need the portability then run on the battery only—this is how you optimize your battery charging and extend the working life of your battery by reducing the cycle count.
