Apple Watch not counting flights of stairs climbed accurately

Please restart the watch and the paired iPhone to see if the issue persists

Can’t get this function to work when climbing ladders clearly more than 10 ft high. Restarting watch and iPhone did not help.

That worked ONCE a month ago, but alas Not the second time I tried it!
