i need more than 2tb cloud storage
Hi
I have 2.2tb of iCloud storage. I have used 1.9tb so far. I need addition storage space more than the 2.2tb which I will exceed very soon.
What are my apple options?

There isn't a 4TB plan as such; you have to do it by having a subscription to Apple One and also subscribing to an individual iCloud+ plan.
