Hello, I am now in Rwanda and I have been using china cards to pay for iCloud but they have expired how can I use rwanda bank cards to pay ?

I normally purchase storage using china banks but my China account are no longer working since I left China is there what you can help me and I start using rwanda cards to pay for storage?

fyi: Not all credit & debit cards seem to work with App Store / iTunes Store, try a different one, or preferably a credit card. If your card is not accepted as a paymenf method, you need to contact your bank.
