Which monitor should I use with my MacBook 14 Pro?

guys could anyone tell me Is it ok to buy lg 32SQ780St for MacBook 14 pro? because I have heard that 32 inch 4k not match with MacBook because of ppi, like 4k will kill MacBook battery will decrease performance and there is will be blur on the screen, like if you leave it as 4k everything will seems to be little and if you scale screen it is not good practice, I could not choose dell ultra sharp 27 inch 2k u2722de or lg 32SQ780S. please help)

My son has an Apple studio display. It's a really great screen. I suggest it.

If money is not an issue, I would go for the Apple Studio display
