I have Apple TV on my phone through a shared family subscription that my child shares. How do I log into Apple TV, on my TV, from my phone. It says I don’t have a subscription.

If your TV has the Apple TV app among its smart apps, then users should sign in to that app, through the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon), using your own Apple ID account, same as used for the Family Sharing group. Then it should give access to the Apple TV+ subscription content, same as on iPhone.
