Can i shift to different regions frequently or whenever required to use the particular country’s apps?

As you can see from the requirements, doing this on a regular basis will not be practical or perhaps not even possible. You can continue to use the apps but you will not be able to update them or redownload them should you lose them or buy new equipment.
