Why not get my Suica card back on wallet after restoring iCloud backup?

Re-add Suica using the Previous cards category as explained in the “Move a Suica, PASMO or ICOCA card from your iPhone to your Apple Watch or a new iPhone“ section of the Apple Support doc:

In the article linked above, it says this,


  1. >> Make sure that you sign in to iCloud on all your devices. On your iOS device, you need to set up Face ID, Touch ID or a passcode. On your Apple Watch, you'll need to set up a passcode. If you remove your passcode or sign out of iCloud, all credit, prepaid and Suica, PASMO or ICOCA cards will be removed from that device. When you remove a Suica, PASMO or ICOCA card from any device, the remaining balance will be stored and available to be transferred to the same or another iPhone or Apple Watch that is signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID.<<
