AirPods Find My not working

I just came back from the Apple store and I had my Right AirPod Pro 2 Replaced. I had the flashing amber light on the charging case and I forgot it from my phone. Once I paired it again with my iPhone, the AirPods won’t connect to the Find My Network, and the toggle for that is asking for the previous owner to disable it. Idk what to do!

AirPods Pro find my tracking in error I did have a set of generation 1 AirPods pro. I gave them to my wife. On my iPhone I forgot them. They do NOT appear on list of my devices now. She enabled them on her iPhone and they show on her list of devices. However when she goes out for a walk she is getting "find my unknown device following you message come up" See screen shot. AirPods pro setup incomplete, some features aren't available in find my I brought an airpods pro from my brother and then I connect it in my iphone before he remove them from his Find my. So in my find my a popup says "the owner of this item will be able to see its location, Your are connecting to an item that's paired to someone else's Apply ID". Then he remove them from his fin my then in my find my it says "airpods setup incomplete some features aren't available". and then it wont allow me to remove the airpods from my findmy too. i tried using icloud.com/findmy also using my phone. icloud.com/findmy the device in showing but there is no remove item button i try resetting airpods pro but nothing works
