Settings keeps asking to update payment info. Won’t let my family update apps.

I owe nothing, all my subscriptions are paid yet it keeps asking to update my info but won’t give me an update option and if I go into “Edit” and type it all in again it still shows “update info”. What do I do? Now it won’t let my family members update their apps.
