It will not let me add my Apple Pay to use on apps
It will not let me use my debit card or Apple Pay on apps. And it shows that I can not add a payment when I go to add mine and it shows random cards that are not mine.

Thanks for reaching out to the community regarding your concern. based on your error message, it seems like you are registered as a family member in a group setup by the organizer. may i ask that you confirm with the organizer of the family group that they have not issued any instruction not to allow you to add your own card details. also kindly make sure to confirm with them if they recognize any of the cards in the above screenshot. these cards may be from some members of the family.
