My Apple ID has bee hijacked

A very close friend who lived with me, ran a business with me and even looks like me stole my identity. She had access to everything, my social, ID etc.

… she took over my Google account, and my Apple ID, and I was able to obtain my Google account, photos, and everything Google affiliated.

after all this time, never able to get my Apple ID back, which I believe gives access to my text messages and phone calls. I’ve had to create another Apple but there anyway to recover my old Apple ID? I get a notification on my phone that my forwarding to my phone number has expired, and I am needing to replace a SIM card-

I called Apple customer service very long time ago and they needed a recovery code, which I could not provide, or another apple device that was signed in…didn’t have

I’m not sure if it’s too late… Any advice?
