iPhone battery problem

Hello, I went for a nap and left my phone with 35% and after I woke up it was completely off, does anyone might have some idea why this happened, my last iPhone could go on all night with 10% battery left when not used. Model (iPhone 14 Pro max).

There could be several reasons why your iPhone battery drained while you were asleep. Here are some potential explanations and solutions:

  1. Background Apps: Some apps run in the background and can consume a significant amount of battery. You can check which apps are consuming your battery by going to Settings > Battery. Consider closing the apps when you're not using them or adjust the settings to limit their background activity.
  2. Battery Health: Check your battery's health status by going to Settings > Battery > Battery Health. If your Maximum Capacity is significantly lower than 100%, it may be time to replace your battery.
  3. Update Your iOS: Make sure your device is updated to the latest iOS version. Sometimes, software updates can include fixes for battery life issues. You can check this by going to Settings > General > Software Update.
  4. Push Email: If your email is set to push, it means your phone maintains a connection with your email server so that it can immediately deliver new emails. This can use power. To save battery life, set your email to manually check or "fetch" new mail less frequently.
  5. Reset Settings: If none of the above work, try resetting all settings on your phone. This will not delete any data but it will reset all system settings, removing any potential setting that might be causing your battery to drain. You can do this by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings.

If none of these methods solve your issue, you should consider reaching out to Apple support or visiting an Apple store for further assistance, as the problem might be hardware-related. The iPhone 14 Pro Max is a relatively new device, so if there's a significant battery issue, it may fall under warranty.

Thanks!
