Season Pass Episode Not Available for Download

I purchased a Season Pass for Nancy Drew Season 4. Episode 9 is not available for download, even though it has been released. It is listed as part of the season pass, but I can’t download from iTunes either. Please help if you can. I keep going in circles trying to find AppleTV+ support. Thank you 😊
