How do I get a paid-for game missing from my Library restored?

The game was balking at recognizing my Wi-Fi so in frustration I deleted it, thinking I could simply reload it from the App Store. I can't find that version now on the App Store. I bought it as a bundle a number of years ago and have enjoyed playing until it started refusing to connect with our Wi-Fi. It is Mobilityware Spider. The other games in the bundle still work perfectly. I will not pay for it again but do miss having it to unwind with. I also will not endure the horrible ads now attached to similar Mobilityware Spider versions.

Your only option would be to contact the developer directly. They can give you a free redemption code to download the one that is in the App Store now. If they were an honest and ethical developer, they would have no problem doing that for you. Apparently the app, or bundled app, you purchased was removed by them, making it no longer able to be downloaded, but later released a similar app using a different App Identifier so it would not be eligible for the normally free updates.
