A movie is not appearing in my library

As the title says. When I try to purchase it again from Apple TV, it tells me I have already purchased it (2018) and asks if I want to DL it again. I choose download and it appears no where.

It is in my purchase list, I remember for some reason it would not play on a monitor I had (something digital something) and I removed it from library, but that was years ago and would like it back. What happened? Why won’t it DL? Why can’t I just simply purchase it again? If it is no longer available in my area, why is it in search results?
