High temperature Iphone 13.

Hello. I Have problems with my iphpne 13. When i calling my iphone has high temperature, 20 minutes is enough for the phone to heat up to temperature, which causes the backlight to decrease at the highest brightness. This s normal when I calling and I'm browsing the internet my iphone have high temperature and automatically reduces the brightness ?
