Add Auto Lock to control center

I want quick access to the auto lock feature on my iPhone and

iPad so I can change the setting for different circumstances

iPhone 7, iOS 13

Never feature in auto-lock missing Running iOS 16.3.1 on my iPad and iPhone. While in the auto-lock feature, the never lock option is missing on both the iPhone and iPad. How do I get this feature back? I need the never feature on my iPad when in use at times because I do not want it to lock.... Thank you in advance...
