Live view/iphone

Hi, Can anyone tell me how to get rid of 'Live View' on a iphone 13 mini running ios16.6. I'm guessing when this activates, which seems to be on every shot, it takes up more storage. I really can't see the point of it and have tried switching things in camera settings but to no avail.
