Reset Apple ID and now my Macbook keeps getting Reset Password Notifications

Reset Apple ID and now my Macbook keeps getting Reset Password Use this Mac to reset your Apple ID password.

I tied changing the password which is very annoying as I can't use previous password created 10 minutes back. I keep getting the message. It appears quickly after reboot.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.4
