No one here can help you. And since you've chosen to replace the screen on your phone yourself, you don't have access to authentic Apple parts, so Face ID won't work again.

Apple typically will not provide any service support for an iPhone which has been tampered with by anyone other than Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.

That said, you could see if Apple would be willing to let you pay them to replace the screen on your iPhone and if they are willing, they'll be able restore Face ID and hopefully get your cameras working again. There is no guarantee Apple will do this for you, but you can ask.

You could also try taking it to one of those iFixit type kiosks most malls have, but there is no guarantee they get FaceID or camera functionality back for you.

You honestly should not have tried to replace the screen on your iPhone yourself. It's way more complex as you're learning.

No one is going to be able to help you because you have attempted repairs with non-genuine parts and tampered with the phone.
