Cant get Office 365 to work

Office 365 says I need OS11 or newer but MAC updates dont offer me an OS 11 update?

Is there any way I can update to iOS 13 at all? I need iOS 13 to download MicroSoft 365 from my University. If I can't upgrade to iOS 13, any suggestions on what to do to get Microsoft 365? has versions from 10.7 ( Lion) up to 13 ( Ventura)

Go up on the Menu Bar to Apple > About this Mac. Then tell us what Year model Mac and what macOS version it is running.
