Why are all the apps giggling at the same time on my iphoneSE3

For some reason, without prompting any "delete" action by me, all the apps on my iphone se 3 start giggling/shaking. I touch an empty spot and it stops. But why are they giggling in the first place? What if by accident I did press the wrong thing? I would lose all my apps. I noticed it a few weeks ago, I think. In the past the only way I could delete and up was if I pressed and held the app. Now they all giggle without me having pressed any of them. Thank you for any input.

What it may mean is that you need to be more careful about not accidentally touching, and holding down on, the screen. That's what triggers the phone to go into the mode for moving or deleting app icons.

P.S. – Sometimes, if you accidentally remove an app icon from one of your screens, the app is still on the phone, and you can restore the icon on the screen with the help of the App Library. ("Move an app from App Library to the Home Screen")

It makes sense what you are saying. I might have touched the phone the wrong way.

But then, why would apple design a phone that makes it so easy to mess up your all your apps.

It is a new thing since I have not changed how I handle (or mishandle) my phone, so I am not sure if this is the problem. I think it's probably some glitch after the last update or something like that.
