Two apps on Home Screen, one on top of the other

Why do I have two app icons on my Home Screen, one on top of the other? I can only see this because the one behind is shaking, as the apps do when you press and hold an app to move them around. Does anyone have this same problem?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 16

Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary software glitches. Turn off your iPhone, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

Restart the device. That's it.
Still not solved --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
