Trying to put more GB on my phone and it’s telling me that my accountt is disabled in the app store

i try to buy more GB for my phone the one .99 for a month everytime I tap to proceed it tells me that my account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes. About a month ago I had someone get my information and bought a bunch of stuff on Apple not sure if she froze my account or not. I even tried putting in a different card number and trying it that way but it still says the same thing

First, you can't add storage space to an iPhone. iCloud storage is online backup space and has nothing to do with the storage on your phone.


Secondly, this is a user to user support forum. We can't access anything to do with your account.
