Login failed on roku tv

I bought today a new JVC Roku tv and I can’t login on the Apple tv app. I entered the correct credentials and get a failed to login message. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it didn’t solve the problem.

We'd be happy to help. There are a few things you can do to try to resolve the issue. We recommend following these steps:


  1. Make sure your TV is connected to the internet.
  2. Make sure your TV is up to date.
  3. Make sure the Apple TV app is up to date.
  4. If you need more help, contact Apple Support: Get Support


If you need help with your TV settings or connection to the internet, you'll need to contact Support JVC.
