Hello, all Gurus!
I've been trying to open ROES photo software for ordering prints at Bay Photo and ACI Lab. After installing, neither one is able to fully launch. Bay Photo told me it's something about Java and we tried a few workarounds a while back. Now, I can't get it to load for either Bay Photo or ACI. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

There seems to have been a recent change to macOS that prevents ROES from launching. The OS already has all Java components necessary for it to run.
The fix is to simply download and install the latest ROES package. Here's the page for Bay Photo.

http://www.java.com can verify your Java version installed. If they recommend installing an older version of Java, have them distribute an installer. You can run older versions of Java side by side.
