Hi! I recently received my friend’s old AirPod Pros 2nd gen only to find out one was missing. They connected just fine at first but one day I accidentally pressed “forget from device” on my iPhone SE 2nd Gen and now when I try to reconnect them to my phone, the service light will not come on. It doesn’t matter if they’re on 100%. Plus, they’re still under her Apple ID. Can you help?

Once reset, try pairing them like this: If your AirPods won't connect - Apple Support
You might also have them verify if they removed it from their Apple ID: If an item or device is connected to another Apple ID - Apple Support
