After the 16.6 update my screen flashlight and camera icons doubled. I now have two flashlight and camera on my iPhone

After downloading the latest update 16.6 iOS for my iPhone. The flashlight and camera shortcuts on my iPhone 14 pro max. I tried taking the access to the two features out from accessibility and the icons will not leave the screen.

No matter what I do, I can’t remove them. Restarting DOES NOT WORK. The update appears to be buggy. If there is no work around, I would like to reset to the previous working operating system.

I fixed the issue. For some reason the new OS update didn’t like my wallpaper. Went into settings and changed my wallpaper, restarted my phone.

The difference in changing my wallpaper pictures cleared the double flashlight and camera icons off the screen. Problem solved. Thanks for the reply.

Having just updated, it may be a bug in the update. So, report this to Apple...
