The terms are that this is for Apple only

Good evening. Can you please explain why iOS keeps INCORRECTLY informing me that my “storage is full”.

Your system issue has been offloading apps without authorization, and constantly restarting my browner, books, etc. (. I will be reading something, then get distracted, my phone will go dark, the a moment later I enter my passcode, and then everything reloads and starts from the beginning as if I completely restarted my phone. Which I hadn’t. My phone went dark for a few seconds.

Please don’t advise me the common newb troubleshooting crap. Yes I have cleared out my deleted photos. Yes, my software is up to date. Yes, I had several longer videos and recordings, which all have been moved to a different cloud storage service, and are no longer on my phone. Once again, when I delete things, I then do to deleted items, and then I truly delete them.

As I don’t have that many photos, I have no need to optimize them.

The iPhone system data, fluctuates wildly, for no apparent reason.

Please if I have somehow missed something, let me know. I am doubtful I have.

Instead, please advise when your company will issue a fix for your technical error.

I am sure your representative will advise that they are sorry, and ask me If I have I checked this or that.

The answer is Yes. The answer is multiple times

Please advise when your company is going to take this issue seriously, and address this consistent Apple shortcoming.

I have an IPhone 13, and my IOS is 16.5.1.

Don’t apologize for this issue please, or ask me to check my deleted items, or if I’ve updated my system. As I have pre-empted all of that, please advise when your company will take responsibility and issue a fix for this ongoing issue.

Thank you. I do appreciate your suggestions, I did click on the link you provided “official Apple support”

I clicked on “IPhone” then “iPhone support”

As they did not have a “report a technical error option” ,   I went with the “Apple ID issue”. I did clarify that I didn’t think it was an Apple ID issue.

As clicking on the “official Apple support” brought me to a forum that you just advised me “I am not talking to Apple here”….

Please advise why you tried to direct me to “Oficial Apple support” when that Avenue brought me to you, whom just advised me that I am not talking to Apple here….

No I have not clicked on the offer feedback option, because I don’t really care about offering feedback. I am reaching out ti Apple through their own links to ask them when they are going to correct an ongoing technical issue.

I if you know of a better way of getting in touch with Apple online, please share, but respectfully, please don’t advise me that I’m not talking to Apple, and then reference the exact same link to get in contact with Apple that brought me to you advising me this is not the Apple link.

So once again, as I followed Apple’s link for customer service, Apple, I obviously appreciate your immersive services and all, but please advise when you will address you technical “storage full” issue, so that I can continue to enjoy the many services your company offers.

Thank you in advance for addressing this issue promptly Apple.

I need an Apple technician to respond promptly. Please advise when you will address this technical issues. All of my tabs are gone. As I did not reset anything, please advise the steps to restore them, as I did have have tabs open to research later. I suspect this is connected to your ongoing iOS storage full error issue. As this is the link posted for Apple assistance, please can an Apple technician advise ASAP.
