I have the English/Spanish Apple keyboard. I have the setting as English but as typing English Spanish words will auto insert. I have a MacMini. I do have English as the keyboard. Any other suggestions?

The keyboard isn't relevant for spellcheck/autocorrect in MacOS. You need to fix the Spelling settngs.

PS Some apps, like MS Office, do not use Apple's spelling system. In that case you have to adjust their own preferences settings.
