My Touch ID & Passcode app is missing
I want to reset my fingerprint so I went into settings and the Touch ID & Passcode app is missing.

If you're not finding the Touch ID & Passcode portion of Settings as described in Use Touch ID on iPhone and iPad then it's possible you have Screen Time or Parental Controls enabled that are preventing access to such changes.
If that is the case, use Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to alter the current restrictions that prevent access to this function. If your device is managed by a school or business, they may have restrticted access via an installed profile and you can check for such using Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone.
If those don't help, then service may be required per If Touch ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad:
"Still not working?
If the previous steps didn't help, you see "Failed—unable to complete Touch ID setup", or either of the following happen when you go to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode, take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, or contact Apple Support:
