My Apple Watch Series 1 is connected with my old iCloud I need to reset it to connected to my new iCloud Tavarez IPhone

Series 1 is might be a problem. Per some older reports, only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi will work for pairing. Only 2.4. Not 5 GHz.
