I bought two $50 apple Gift cards from local Target store. One code works works. The other doesn't work. I found that the reason is that outside S/N number of the gift card doesn't match inside one.

Please instruct who can resolve this issue.
You must contact Target Store and file your complaint with them and request a refund. If necessary, report to the police if you think you have been scammed.
