Absolutely! We have some suggestions that may help. First, we want to make sure you're aware that (if you are using the iPhone 7 listed in your profile) you can update to iOS 15.7.8. With that in mind, check to see if you have any restrictions or profiles that may be affecting your ability to update.
- You can check for installed profiles at Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management on iOS 15. If you don't see any profiles listed, you don't have any installed.

There are a number of steps you can try on this page, but the ones more applicable to your situation will be:
Try updating your device using another network (Wi-Fi or Cellular) or update your device with your computer:
* Update your device using a Mac with macOS Catalina or later
* Update your device using a Mac with macOS Mojave or earlier, or a Windows PC
