Why can I not upgrade my iCloud storage
I’m trying to upgrade my iCloud storage, I use to have 2TB but now I only have 5GB why was my storage downgraded
iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16
I don't think Apple offers 5 TB storage plans now – whether or not they once did. 2 TB is the largest iCloud+ plan, although if you get iCloud storage both through an iCloud+ plan and an Apple One subscription, I believe the total could be as much as 4 TB.
Don't ask me why Apple arranged things this way.
