Can’t add my card to the apple wallet

I did all the steps, called the support 5 times reset my iPhone and tried from another Apple ID and nothing,still the same error massage

what should I do?

Problem with wallet after transferred from ipjone 11 pro max to iphone 15 pro max Hello, i have changed my i phone and transferred evertything. Now apple wallet with 2 specific cards does not work. It does not accept the 2 cards that i have had before. i contacted my bank but nothing. I can add other cards and my cards can be added to other devices. Please help.
