If I trade in my iphone 11 and get a new iphone 14 thru Apple, will my carrier (Spectrum Mobile) know that I have a new phone? I want to keep my same number and stay will the Spectrum Mobile plan I currently have.

Hi there Buffy_O,

You'll definitely want to contact your wireless carrier to set up cellular service on your new iPhone. Have a look at the information below:

Your iPhone needs a physical SIM or an eSIM to connect to a cellular network. (Not all options are available on all models or in all countries and regions. On iPhone 14 models purchased in the U.S., you can only use eSIM.) Contact your carrier to get a SIM and set up cellular service.

You'll find this information and more details here: Set up cellular service on iPhone - Apple Support

Take care.
