My Wife is accusing me of Hacking her phone

A non-jailbroken phone cannot be hacked or get a virus. There is no antivirus software for an iPhone. Whatever problems she is having, you did not do.

Find a good lawyer.

Perhaps some adware from browsing odd or unsafe web sites,

maybe had set more than a few cookies in there. Also popups

and nuisance items might be in Safari; where one could go into

Settings and Safari, to see what the click option suggests?

Sometimes a good search (duckduckgo or other nontracking search)

could yield better results. Just don't open any 'everything' that shows

because even then, those aren't any safer than the internet or browser.
