Apple Verification Code Problems

I was previously added to a family sharing group under the Apple ID: d******@gmail.com - unfortunately, I have been taken off that family sharing group - however, I can not seem to update my apps and currently my WhatsApp and other apps are not updating - when I go to the App Store - it tells me "there is a pending payment - ask the family member to sort this payment" I have asked the family member and they have disconnected me - I have been advised to disconnect myself from that family sharing group but it is not working

All efforts to login to my former ID has proved abortive and I can not get a verification code to proceed and do the needful - as it I am very desperate and I need to update my WhatsApp ASAP!! - can you please provide a solution to this issue please
