Apple Pay installments

how do I know if I have this or not I think someone living with me is using my Apple ID and I have tried changing it and everything I need to figure out if they ordered this card and using it

Last four digits of Apple Card do not match transaction card used Last four digits of Apple Card do not match the transactions of the Apple Card used. In other words, my card number ends in xxxx but when I look at the transaction at the retailer the "Apple Card" number is yyyy. This is typical for many transactions, sometimes with a different number (zzzz). I only have one card associated with Apple Pay on my iPhone. A private company is telling me that he didn't get paid but the transaction says it was paid, but the four digit number does not match any card. Please clarify the transaction Apple Card number vs Apple MC card number. Thank you

Apple Card Monthly Installments (ACMI) require an Apple Card MasterCard account. Do you have an Apple Card MasterCard account? You can’t just order a card. You must qualify financially. If some applied for a credit card in your name without your permission, that’s fraud.

There is no such thing as Apple Pay Installments.
