The "Copy Link" Extension Is Missing In The Safari Share Button On MacOS

I've tried this while on several different webpages and have never had the "Copy Link" option available. When selecting "More...", I'm taking to Safari preferences and to the extensions, where I very clearly have the "Copy Link" option selected.

What's going on here? I found a previous post regarding this from two years ago. Has there really been no resolution to this yet?
