My Apple ID got inactive and I forgot the password too, now I am unable to sign out the Apple ID from my Mac Pro. What should I do know?

When I purchase my MacBook Pro I logged in when the Apple ID , but later on I did not use my Mac Pro for a long time. When I opened my MacBook Pro a couple a days ago the mentioned above ID was inactive. I forgot the password and now I am unable to sign out the above mentioned Apple ID from my MacBook Pro. I clicked on forgot password then further given the Apple ID but the system showed me that this Apple ID is inactive.
